#CreepiyuIV: Haunted Hospital

In celebration of the upcoming Halloween, Far Eastern University (FEU) Guides presented the fourth run of Creepiyu with the theme "Haunted Hospital" last October 23.

Drawn from inspirations of Aslyum-Manila and Ellen DeGeneres' show, actors are dressed as patients and spirits to recreate a horror hospital theme.

"I think we were inspired, of course, with the recent Asylum Manila. And another one, si Ellen DeGeneres mayroon siyang isang hallway na dinecorate [for a show] tapos may mga actors dun, mga multo. (And another one, Ellen Degeneres decorated a hallway [for a show] and there were actors, [they were] ghosts)", FEU Guides President Angela Park elaborated.

With efforts from the FEU Guides' archives committee, the tour included spooky stories narrated by the guide. The stories came from the historical accounts of students' and professors' various experiences.

Accommodating 150 participants, the event was held in ten batches of heritage night tour starting from FEU Plaza, FEU Chapel, Arts Building (AB), Alfredo Reyes Hall (ARH), Nicanor Reyes Hall (NRH), Science Building (SB), Accounts, Business, and Finance Building (ABB) until Nursing Building (NB) which were turned into haunted hospitals and sub-themed rooms (morgue and surgical room). It also involved a mini Halloween carnival to entertain the participants while waiting for their turn.

Under President's Committee on Culture (PCC), FEU Guides had an estimated 40 volunteers from other cultural organizations such as FEU Bamboo Band, FEU Chorale, FEU Drum and Bugle Corps, FEU Drummers, and FEU Theater Guild.

Creepiyu is an annual Halloween event organized by FEU Guides that aims to indulge the students with FEU's history and background through a campus night tour.
