FEU Manila ranks 6th in March 2021 medtech board exams

Far Eastern University (FEU) Manila placed sixth among top-performing schools in the March 2021 Medical Technology Licensure Examination (MTLE).
The University gained an overall performance rate of 83.08 percent with 167 passers out of 201 examinees.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday that 1,921 out of 3,251 medical technology graduates passed this year’s board exams, resulting to a national passing rate of 59.09 percent.
Felix Jayson Vegella of Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation topped the boards with a rating of 91.00 percent , followed by FEU alumna Rocelle Anne Leornardo with a rating of 88.30 percent.
The said board exams were conducted last March 17 and 18 at PRC testing centers by the PRC Board of Medical Technologists.
In January 2021, FEU Manila campus ranked fourth with a performance rate of 88.89 percent and registered 112 Tamaraw medical technologists out of 126 takers.
