With every desperate call
Follows the ringing of anxious thoughts
Will these waves and frequencies
Carry the resonant cries
Of my yearning heart?
I pray to these signals
Let the echoes of my voice soar
And bring its endless warmth
Past the boundaries of distance
To fill the emptiness of solitude
In time, I hope you may forgive
Your phantom of a father
As I struggle and persevere
In these foreign lands
For my absence is worth the price
Of your future paradise.
