Far Eastern University High School (FEUHS) has extended its educational scope from senior high school to junior high school (JHS) for Academic Year 2021-2022.
The institution is currently offering limited slots for incoming grade 7 students who are interested in developing their skills under FEUHS.
“The school administration believes that it must start at an earlier stage of one's development if it is to be successful in shaping its students towards its ideals,” Communications Associate Elmar Gabriel Orolfo shared with FEU Advocate.
Orolfo also explained their goal to extend a ‘#FEUtureFORWARD’ education to incoming JHS students.
To achieve this, FEUHS opened its online platform called ‘TamSpace’ where students’ learning will be convenient and easy. Aside from that, students can look forward to learning how to code and having a good support system that will help them in academics and overall well-being.
Further, Orolfo expressed that the expansion gives more "inclusivity and diversity" within the student body, which will benefit the school community.
In compliance with the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) on Emerging Infectious Diseases, the FEU High School Admission Test (FEU-HSAT) was waived and the admission will be done online.
Students will be assessed based on their academic and disciplinary performance from the previous school year. Interested applicants must pass the needed documents and fill up the forms available at the FEUHS website.
FEUHS started their JHS admission last May 17.
